What happens here

Once the doors have fully cured overnight, sand them thoroughly using an orbital sander. Start with 120-grit sandpaper to remove any excess glue squeeze-out and smooth the surface, then progress to 220-grit for a fine finish. Prepare Sherwin Williams Multi-Purpose Latex Primer by diluting it roughly 10% with water to achieve the optimal consistency for spraying. Pour the diluted primer into an HVLP paint sprayer. Apply an even coat of primer to all surfaces of the doors and drawer fronts. Allow the primer to dry completely. After drying, lightly sand the primed surfaces again with 220-grit sandpaper to knock down any raised grain or imperfections, ensuring a perfectly smooth base for painting.

Goal: Sand all assembled doors and drawer fronts, then apply a layer of diluted latex primer using an HVLP sprayer.

[Music] so the door set overnight i'm going to start sanding all the glue off getting nice and smooth and then i'm going to hit it with a round over bit just to give it a nicer look and we'll just start busting things out these are the lower drawers one thing's irina wanted to do is she wanted to do an idea where we would cut a notch out to keep it consistent i'm just using my tape lay it right there about half there trace it and i'm also going to lay down the tape on these things using my jigsaw now the reason why i'm going to lay dye tape because this jigsaw is probably going to do some tearing out on the back side this will keep it to a minimum and it'll look real nice folks doors are all ready sanded to 120 i got my uh latex primer ready here i'm gonna put it in my hvalp sprayer i'm gonna dilute it roughly about ten percent we're gonna get a nice coating on there and we'll try to cycle them as much as we can after they dry we'll definitely give them a light sand with like 220 maybe and then we'll start with the paint
