Restore Power and Test AC Operation

What happens here

Return to the electrical disconnect box and re-insert the disconnect switch to restore power to the AC unit. Go inside the house and set the thermostat to 'cool' to activate the AC. Observe the outdoor unit to ensure the fan starts spinning and the compressor engages. Check the refrigerant lines; the smaller line should feel hot, and the larger insulated line should feel cold, indicating proper operation and effective cooling.
