A/C Not Blowing Cold Air But Running

What happens here

The video shows the old capacitor is secured by a metal strap. Remove the screw holding this strap using a 1/4-inch socket wrench. If the new capacitor (as in the video) is a different size and the original bracket doesn't fit, you'll need to create a new mounting solution. The presenter uses perforated metal pipe strap, cutting it to length with pliers and forming two bands to secure the larger new capacitor in place. Install the new capacitor with the improvised straps, screwing them firmly into the existing mounting holes in the AC unit's housing.
