Step 7 · Reassemble the Shower Faucet

This is the step people usually slow down on. Go finger-tight first, then a quarter turn. No rush — replay the clip whenever it helps.

Reassemble the faucet by reinstalling the retaining clip/nut, escutcheon plate, and handle in the reverse order of disassembly.
