You've never seen a firewood Cutting tool like this!

What happens here

The skid steer is positioned to drive its pallet forks directly into designated slots on the grapple attachment. Once the forks are inserted, the grapple is secured using a pin system at the back and two twist knobs, one on each side. The presenter explains that these mechanisms collectively prevent the grapple from detaching during heavy use. He also points out the flexibility of having two pocket options (outer and inner) for the forks, allowing adjustment of the grapple's width for different tasks.

Goal: This step details how to securely attach the grapple unit onto the skid steer's existing pallet forks using slots and a multi-point locking system.

garage or to the shop or to the barn so the next step we're going to fire up skitty bop we're going to drive our pallet forks right through these slots right down here you'll get a close-up of so you can see we're almost all the way up on the pallet fork but i wanted to make sure that i didn't pinch my hoses so i hopped off real quick and i'm going to run my hoses through where i need to in order to keep them safely away from my brush and trees and debris that i'll be working with so we'll set those over here and plug those up here in just a second we're actually going to slide this back this grapple or a pallet fork out of grapple we're gonna slide it back just a little bit okay and there are two mechanisms that hold this thing in place there's a pin system on the back side and there's our twist knob on each side right down here where i'm at right now so that again is one of the reasons why you might need to keep that adjustable wrench with you to squeeze that down so it will not come off of the pallet fork if you appropriately install it and you don't abuse it okay so this handle right here you snug it down hand tight and it wouldn't hurt to give it an extra little turn i've got a 7 8 inch wrench right here and i'm going to snug it down just an extra little turn just to make sure for peace of mind i don't think it really has to be that tight then you have this long pin it goes right in underneath here and right through the hole on the other side if i can find it there and then i've got a another pin that goes down on the that side okay we'll repeat this process over on the other side you've got two options here you have option one is the outside and option two you can see another pocket just below my finger right here on the inside in my opinion we want the grapple to be as wide as possible so we can pick up as much debris as possible so you decide how you want to configure yours in case your grapple doesn't go quite as wide as this one all right let's plug her up and see her in action
