Installing the Contrasting Picture Frame Border

What happens here

After the track is cut, install the contrasting composite deck boards to form the picture frame border. The cut-out pieces of the field boards are removed, revealing the joists below. The border boards are then placed into this channel and secured with screws. This creates a visually striking and clean transition between different sections or around the perimeter of the deck.
