Install the Second Tier of Timbers

What happens here

Place the next set of heavy timber logs onto the newly prepared, level base. Use a spirit level to ensure they are perfectly horizontal, both lengthwise and across the width. Once aligned, secure these timbers to the underlying ground or existing timbers using the power drill and timber screws. Repeat this process, carefully positioning and securing each log to form the second tier of the staircase.

Goal: Create the second level of stairs, ensuring it is level and secure.
