What happens here

After the house is fully supported and leveled on the concrete blocks, the protective plastic wrapping is carefully removed from both sections of the manufactured home. One worker uses a ladder to reach the upper sections, pulling the wrapping downwards. Concurrently, other workers beneath the house use a power wrench to remove the bolts and nuts securing the transport wheels. Once the wheels are detached, they are moved away, leaving the house ready for final skirting and utility connections.
