Replacing Kitchen Faucet In RV For a Friend!

What happens here

After removing the old faucet, cut the existing PEX water lines to a clean, straight length using PEX cutters. When cutting PEX, twist the cutters slightly as you cut to ensure a clean, un-smashed edge. Slide a PEX expansion ring (Type A) onto the end of each cut PEX pipe, ensuring the lip on the ring faces the end of the pipe. Use a PEX expansion tool to expand the PEX pipe, then quickly push the new 3/8-inch compression to 1/2-inch PEX straight stop valves onto the expanded PEX lines. These new valves will provide individual shut-off capability for the hot and cold water to the faucet.

Goal: Cut the existing PEX lines to a clean length, prepare them with expansion rings, and install new straight stop shut-off valves.
