Rare Earth Magnet Cutting Board

What happens here

Perform a final comprehensive sanding of all cutting boards using a random orbital sander with 220-grit sandpaper to ensure an ultra-smooth finish. Next, use a router equipped with a 3/8-inch roundover bit to soften and round all the edges of the cutting boards. This step improves ergonomics, prevents splintering, and gives the boards a professional, finished look. Lightly hand sand the rounded edges if necessary to remove any router marks.

Goal: The boards undergo a final sanding pass and their edges are rounded over to enhance comfort, aesthetics, and durability.
