Painting Wood Cabinet Doors with an Airless Sprayer. Getting A Professional Glossy Finish!

What happens here

Set up a dustless sanding system using an Ekasand sander with various sanding pads and sponges. For general sanding and to address any initial imperfections on the bare wood, use 150-grit flat sandpaper. For deeper nicks identified during inspection, apply Bondo filler to ensure a perfectly smooth surface. The sander is connected to a vacuum system (Ekasand Series 2 vacuum) to minimize airborne dust.

Goal: Create a perfectly smooth surface on the bare wood doors, addressing major imperfections.
