Our GMT400 Suburban Frame Off Big Block Build is Rolling! (Junkyard 14 Bolt Prepped By Logan)

What happens here

While the axle's POR-15 base coat dries, apply a topcoat of black 'tractor paint' to the inner fender liners. The paint is not POR-15 because these parts are plastic and not rusty, but the black topcoat will provide a clean, finished look. The topcoat used was originally intended to be a UV-protective layer over the POR-15, but it ran out. Instead, a more accessible tractor paint is used for the inner fenders, ensuring a consistent aesthetic with the rest of the frame.

Goal: Paint plastic inner fender liners black for aesthetic consistency.
