What happens here
An end cap is attached to one end of the drilled PVC filter pipe, and a 2-inch PVC coupling is attached to the other end. Into this coupling, a LASCO 3/4-inch threaded adapter is screwed, which will allow connection to the 3/4-inch poly pipe. Both the purple PVC primer and Oatey medium clear PVC cement are used to ensure strong, secure, and watertight connections for all these components.
Goal: Prepare the filter pipe for connection to the poly pipe.
