My Favorite New Way To Secure A Hose Bib

What happens here

Begin by removing any pipe talons or clamps securing the PEX pipes near the hose bib connection. The video shows detaching two pipe talons with a hammer and pliers to allow for more flexibility. Position a pan or bucket underneath the pipe to catch any remaining water. Using pipe cutters (e.g., PC-1250), cut the PEX pipe as close to the wall as possible. Then, use a utility knife to carefully cut and remove any caulk or sealant around the exterior of the hose bib. Once the PEX is cut and sealant is removed, the old hose bib, along with its internal PEX connection, can be pulled out from the wall.

Goal: Disconnect and remove the existing PEX pipe and hose bib assembly, paying attention to the existing connections and sealant.
