Connect PEX Pipe to Hose Bib Adapter

What happens here

Measure and mark the existing PEX pipe to the appropriate length, allowing for a clean connection to the newly installed PEX adapter. Use pipe cutters to make a clean, straight cut. Slide a PEX ring onto the cut end of the pipe, then insert the PEX adapter fully into the pipe. Use a PEX expansion tool (e.g., a PEX gun) to expand the PEX ring and pipe securely over the adapter. Hold the expanded connection for approximately 10 seconds to allow it to shrink and create a strong seal.

Goal: Cut the existing PEX pipe to the correct length and connect it to the new hose bib's PEX adapter using an expansion tool.
