Install Hose Bib Through Wall & Secure with Anchor

What happens here

Before inserting, place a small piece of tape over the end of the PEX adapter to prevent debris from entering the pipe. Carefully slide the new hose bib assembly through the existing hole in the exterior wall. From the inside, position a Pasco #5023 Hose Bib Anchor around the hose bib's pipe connection. This anchor is designed to brace against the wooden joist or wall studs and provide secure mounting for the hose bib. Use a screwdriver to tighten the bracing screws, ensuring the hose bib is held firmly in place and correctly angled (downward slope for drainage). Use a Sharpie to mark the correct orientation of the hose bib before fully tightening to avoid repeated adjustments.

Goal: Insert the prepared hose bib into the wall opening and secure it from the inside using a specialized hose bib anchor.
