My door spraying setup from PaintLine. #painter #innovation #toolsofthetrade #paintline

What happens here

After the first coat has flashed off, the painter rotates the door back to its front side to apply the second coat of semi-gloss urethane enamel. This coat provides a richer color, builds durability, and further smooths the finish. The PaintLine mobile booth with an extension kit ensures a controlled environment, minimizing dust and overspray. The painter continues to use the TriTech 510 FF Tip with the airless spray gun, maintaining precise, overlapping passes to achieve a flawless, factory-smooth appearance. By this stage, the reddish Bondo glazing putty marks are largely or completely concealed.

Goal: Apply a second, opaque coat of paint to the front surface of the door, achieving full coverage and a smooth finish.
