My door spraying setup from PaintLine. #painter #innovation #toolsofthetrade #paintline
What happens here
To complete the painting process, the painter rotates the door to its edges and then its back side on the PaintLine PSDRID system. They apply the second coat of semi-gloss urethane enamel to these remaining surfaces, meticulously covering all areas. By the end of this step, the entire door has a uniform, professional, and smooth finish, with all previous imperfections and Bondo glazing putty marks fully concealed under the multiple coats of paint. The finished door exhibits a high-quality, durable appearance.
Goal: Complete the second coat application on the door's edges and back, ensuring a fully covered and professional final finish.
