Milwaukee M-12 Hatchet -The First one Ever-but what can it do??

What happens here

In a wrap-up segment, the presenter provides his final review of the Milwaukee M12 Hatchet pruning saw. Despite initial skepticism, he expresses strong satisfaction with its performance, highlighting its surprising power, extended battery life, and excellent ergonomics. He emphasizes its handiness and effectiveness as a go-to tool for tree cleanup. Critically, he also addresses a key safety concern: proper hand placement. He points out that while the saw's design might make it feel natural to grip the top of the handle, doing so can be dangerous. He demonstrates that the correct and safe way to hold the tool is with fingers inside the protective guard to prevent accidental injury to fingers if the hand slips. He concludes by reiterating the tool's positive attributes and its value for various cleanup tasks, calling it the handiest chainsaw he's used.

Goal: Provide a comprehensive review of the pruning saw and emphasize critical safety practices.

limbing saw hey guys i want to jump in here because there's something i didn't notice until i was editing this video and the first time that you grab this saw your hand naturally wants to gravitate toward the top of this hand grip and this is not a safe zone if my hand would have slipped i could have injured my fingers the thing is for some people it's going to feel a little bit more natural here than it is here but this is where your hand is safe and the reason it might feel more natural is when you're on top of this hand grip it's got these indents but it also feels like it gives you more leverage and the saw doesn't give the sod takes whatever you throw at it and it just naturally feels like you can really torque on it better here than you can here and i just want you guys to be safe all right you guys here's my two cents on this thing i was pretty much expecting to be delivered a cheesy gimmick that's why it sat in a box for about two weeks before i ever cracked it open i figured running off the m12 platform she wasn't gonna have enough power or juice to really get anything done and i will tell you i am walking away with probably a go-to tool that i will have uh with every guy every crew that i have going out there easily the handiest chainsaw i've used enough power enough battery performance it's not going to go out and clear brush but it's going to go out and get a job done the ergonomics are phenomenal there's just i don't i don't know what else to say about i don't know what the bad things are about this um i'm going to guess bad thing six inch chain you're not going to go out and replace that just about anywhere so you might want to order a couple x3 and have them sitting on hand so if those go out but i mean the chain tightener everything is pretty much a familiar concept except this has got like this weird hacksaw design and it works and that's all i got to say about this thing and that's our video for today god bless go get em we'll see you guys on another one okay guys i want to jump in here real quick because i didn't notice this until i was actually editing this video but i'm actually holding it the wrong way with my fingers on the outside of the guard even though it's comfortable and feels good if my hand slips i could injure my fingers it's really meant to go inside the guard and so i just wanted to point that out so that you guys are safe here we go now we're done see you guys on another one
