CNC Turning of Round Stock

What happens here

Round bar stock is fed into a Haas ST25 CNC turning center. This automated machine is used to create various precise components such as bushings, pins, and fasteners that require specific thread pitches or other rotational machining. It is equipped with a 9-head tool changer, allowing it to perform multiple operations (drilling, chamfering, threading) without manual tool changes, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
