basically gonna cut like a hot knife through butter all right we're gonna be checking out how you guys actually put these things together is that right so let's meet the team guys we've got Lucas buddy introduced yourself co-owner and director of special projects here at Arkansas ice control perfect Nick Stuart I'm one of the mechanical engineers here at Arctic snow and ice control blinks trace Connor and chief mechanical engineering Jeff Sexton factory manager all right let's go inside and see what you guys got cooking after you right so we start with raw materials right yeah correct coming to the door back here we're bringing in 20-foot steaks them to flat angle also bringing a 20 foot by 8 foot wide sheets of steel anything from an eighth of an inch thickness up to an inch and a half thick all that raw material 85% of the pusher is made in-house they're all piece of material to finished product two pieces of machine if that raw material is going to see my cutting table over here with two hbr 260 utilization out of the steel very minimal weight that we have here is an automated fan salt they take 40-foot sticks and two flat the operators here basically just to load it unload it and tell it exactly what it is that he needs it to do he's gonna put in the measurements the quantity the machine cuts it measures it moves it does everything for the off all right where we off to next job see the angle line that we bicep a 162 8 process angle flats and channel and any type of hole scribe and it shears it off all-in-one the to be a four or five step process now it's a one step process place place place cut cut cut when you guys first started building them you said it took you two weeks to build one single snow plow yeah we manufacture the plows in the back of art service facility job how long did it take you to build one now job you do one an hour this over here's a CNC turning Center I'm gonna feet rounds through it bars to it we're gonna do bushings and both types of stuff like that on the inside of this thing this thing'll actually spin around it's got nine different tools on she's tacking parts together we've got 32 different welding stations in here put them together in a jig here she's going to tackle together in order to move on down the line to our newest piece of equipment we just brung it in the last couple months here single arm robot got lasers on the end to help us out with all the programming things like that what we're going to be doing what that is is now that parts that we've got guys manually welding are now going to go into automation six out of timer's what are you eliminating a job right now this point boys 50 employees building push 500 people out actually flowing stone anywhere from 950 to 1,200 in the field about 450 operators between the manufacturing facility and actual guys out in the field these and it's gotta be close those are American jobs we're tucked we're talking about American jobs 100% in American soil wealthy guys I have no clue under the American guy maybe you're in Canada hi Jeff what are these blinking at over here now we've cut the pieces out of wrong piece of material now we're going to bring it over here and we're going to punch stamping for things right here he's going to run this part we're gonna it's on hydraulic brake press next to it to 350-ton hydraulic have big material [Music] what are we looking at with this one down I actually do see 250 time I draw now that we've cut all the parts out I'm a shape size formed them rolled on whatever the case is gonna be [Music] over here all these all the smaller parts one larger part that it's gonna head over to this robot so one of the places that we get it how to replace spring and that allows us to keep good people on board a key table is going to come over here it stacked out late and holding up in order to go into the the operators gonna come over he's gonna strap the head there's a mirror image of what we have over here 11 different sizes of frames that we offer three different models in the sex the part gets trapped in here spins 360 degrees the employee comes in bound right here man his welding skill was very minimal took that what's going on now we watched everything get cut from a raw piece of material cut down to shape size or a guy welding now before it hits the bait line is gonna get drowned and finished up right before where we at now from the finishing area right there now the parts are gonna get a coat of primer and a coat of paint but on top I'm gonna start with them hanging them up completely in closed loop system here to rail we're gonna go through a four-step process I'll walk through that rope phosphate cleaning coat big pressure washing booth is going to get all washed down iron phosphate coated and from there it's going to go into the paint process the line is all completely grounded each parts grounded out side of the painters hand right there he's got an electrostatic paint gun the waste you're still gonna see some blow bot but it actually allows them to wrap around and grab the other side of the participle I I can't lie to you I kind of like the smell in there be straight I've always liked the smell of gasoline and pain I don't know just enjoy those two weird smell right there's going to take about 24 days we're gonna take it from there wet Kevin right here this is flipping pool marks are going to come on around and force it Tohno right here is just going to move in be an air cross it at a quick pace it's going to pull it down that four-step process every one of those Benna pop everything care seen over there getting cut the beginning down it got drilled it got tacked together we've seen the robot weld it seen all the moldboard pieces get cut you don't get far but shouldn't get tackled we get welded clean paint it now everything they're gonna put the cream so put the polyurethane blocks are they're gonna start to fasten everything down goal boards on it drop it down and finishing go right back on that day and that's the process that's the concepts alright thanks for walking us through HFC music you took it out from two weeks to one out and that's how we get it alright guys that's the video for today let me know what you think of it was awesome of these guys to invite me in and let me see the inner workings so if you guys haven't already seen it make sure you guys check out because we are going to be taking their brand new in a different video arctic section of pusher and we are going to brutally test it so if you guys haven't already seen that make sure you check that one out and we will see you guys on the next one god bless go get them you guys see you next time
