Main Panel Cover Falls on Electrician Apprentice, why you need to learn through experience #electric

What happens here

With the wire routed and secured inside the panel, the next step is to prepare the conductors for connection. The electrician carefully strips the outer jacket off the 8/2 Romex wire using a razor knife. This exposes the individual insulated conductors (hot, neutral, and ground) which will then be terminated to the appropriate terminals within the electrical panel.

Goal: Expose the individual conductors of the Romex wire for termination.
