LUMBER PRICES ARE CRAZY! Let's mill up this old log and make our own!

What happens here

The sawmill blade needs to be changed when it dulls, especially when cutting hard or dry wood. First, loosen the blade tension using the tensioning mechanism, monitoring the pressure gauge (aim for 2800-3000 PSI). Remove the dull blade and carefully install a new, sharp, extra-hard type blade. Ensure the cutting edge is oriented correctly (towards the saw head) and re-tension the blade to the recommended pressure. Secure all covers before resuming operation.

Goal: Replace a dull sawmill blade with a new one for optimal cutting performance.
