Load and Start the Freeze Dryer

What happens here

Load the trays containing the sliced mushrooms into the freeze dryer. Ensure the drain valve on the machine is closed. Navigate the freeze dryer's digital interface, select the 'unfrozen' option, and confirm the drain is closed. The machine will then prompt you to insert food, which you've already done. Press 'Yes' to proceed. The freeze dryer will automatically begin the freezing process, drawing a vacuum and removing all humidity from the food, effectively preserving it.
