What happens here

The presenter shows the current progress on one of the one-ton axles for the LJ. He has begun cutting off various brackets using a Sawzall with a 12-inch blade and an angle grinder. He humorously admits his welds look terrible and expresses a need to improve his welding skills. He plans to continue grinding and cleaning the axle. He notes the difficulty of the task, mentioning he has already gone through four angle grinder blades and four Sawzall blades in two hours.

Goal: Demonstrate the initial progress and challenges of stripping down the LJ's one-ton axles.

built an extra stand on the bottom. So, now I can hold both axles and it rolls. I wouldn't say that it rolls the best, but you know, it it definitely rolls. So, anyways, I'm going to get this stripped down. Um, I might film a little bit of it. I might not. We'll see. So, just like that, guys. I'm going to strip down these axles here. Um, I don't really have a tripod. I lost my mount for my GoPro. So, there are tons of videos on YouTube with stripping these down. Um, so I don't think I'm going to film it. Um, [snorts] but I'm going to get at it. I'm going to cut these act cut these brackets off here and I'll let you know halfway through how it's going. Peace. Oh, the cleanup beer. You know what I mean? This has been two hours. I've been on this mouth for two hours. You know what I'm saying? Um, I feel like I am not getting anywhere with this. And all the videos that I've watched, whether it's uh JK Gear and Gadgets or Money Beard or Dirt Lifestyle or whatever, Nate and all them guys, um they always say that it it takes forever, you know. So, that's what we're doing. We're taking forever. I do have a plasma cutter. I am not using [clears throat] it because one, I don't have 220 in this garage and it's 220 and it does have a plug for 110, but it's just not it's not worth it. Um, so I'm doing it with a sawza and an angle grinder. I found that the sawzaw removed the biggest parts the quickest. Like I got a 12-in blade on there and I can just freaking make through a lot of meat real quick. So that's what I've been using and then I'm trying to finish it up. Kind of sculpt it out with uh the angle grinder. I've gone through four blades in the two hours and I've gone through four saws blades in two hours. I'm using Harbor Freight blades. Shout out to Harbor Freight. And then I'm using old Diablo that I had um laying around. So old Diablo blades for metal. And I'm using Harbor Freight angle grinder blade, the Hercules one, cuz they're on sale for like six bucks or something. So I'll show you guys what progress I had made and then what we
