Installing A Clear PERGOLA COVER, and Building The Secret Garden!

What happens here

Once the bottom track profiles are secured, the clear polycarbonate panels are carefully slid into the grooves. As each panel is positioned, its protective film is peeled off. The panels are designed to interlock with the bottom profiles, ensuring a watertight connection. After the panels are in place, the aluminum cap profiles are installed over them. These caps are screwed down, clamping the panels firmly into the tracks. This step is repeated for all panels, gradually covering the entire pergola. The finished roof appears very clear, resembling glass, with the tracks blending seamlessly into the pergola structure.

Goal: Clear polycarbonate panels are slid into the bottom tracks, protective film is removed, and then aluminum cap profiles are screwed down on top to secure the panels, providing a clean, glass-like finish.
