What happens here

This project demonstrates the technique of wet sanding a concrete surface to achieve a smooth, refined finish. The process involves thoroughly wetting the concrete, using an orbital sander with water, and then rinsing the surface to remove the abrasive slurry, culminating in a smooth, polished appearance.
