I Built a $5,000 Mudroom for Under $1,700
What happens here
After assembling the four base cabinets, add face frames to the front of each unit. These frames are made from 1x2 wood strips, cut to fit and secured with screws and glue. These face frames enhance the appearance of the cabinets and provide a solid mounting surface for drawer slides and door hinges. Once the face frames are complete, transport the base cabinets outside and arrange them in their final mudroom configuration.
Goal: Finish base cabinets with face frames and prepare for further assembly
