In this video, we're going to be staining a small deck. This deck has been power washed 2 days prior and it's all dried out now. And we're going to be using a Mesmer product. This is Mesmer's UV+ dark walnut stain. Another thing we'll actually be using during this task is paint thinner cuz it's a oil-based product. We've got a 5gallon bucket here that has paint thinner in it. When we're actually all done, we just take our brushes, put it in the paint thinner, let it set for a day, and then we begin cleaning them out the next day. We got this deck here that we powerwashed. It's all dry, and now we're actually staining. We like to use a oilbased stain brush, black china bristle or white China bristle. We It's a 4-in brush, which is 1 in wide, so it holds a lot of the the product while we're staining. Um, this type of brush we like to use because Mesmer's is a very liquidy stain. It's very watery and has a tendency to grip and splatter. And the bigger China bristle brushes um help alleviate that problem. We're starting
