How to smoke pork ribs, super simple recipe perfection!

What happens here

Once the ribs have cooked unwrapped for approximately 2.5 hours at 275°F, or reached an internal temperature of about 180°F, remove them from the grill. Prepare a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. On the foil, spread a mixture of 1/2 stick (2 oz) of real butter, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/2 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Place the ribs meat-side down onto this mixture on the foil. Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil, ensuring no leaks. Return the wrapped ribs to the Z Grills pellet smoker, lowering the temperature to 225°F. Insert a digital temperature probe into the thickest part of the meat through a small hole in the foil. Continue cooking for another 1 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 203°F to 205°F.

Goal: Wrap the partially cooked ribs in foil with butter, honey, and BBQ sauce, then continue cooking at a lower temperature until tender.
