How to smoke pork ribs, super simple recipe perfection!

What happens here

The host (with assistance) assembles the Z Grills pellet smoker, which takes about an hour. Once assembled, unpackage and connect the temperature probes that come with the grill. Remove all internal components from the grill, including grates, heat deflectors, and the grease tray. Pour a couple of cups of wood pellets (Competition Blend) into the hopper. Turn on the grill, press the 'Feed' button to prime the auger until pellets reach the burn pot. Set the grill temperature to 275°F and let it run for approximately 5 minutes until smoke begins to rise, indicating the pellets are igniting. This initial burn-off removes any factory oils or residues.

Goal: Assemble the Z Grills pellet smoker, then perform an initial burn-off procedure to remove factory oils before cooking.
