How to smoke pork ribs, super simple recipe perfection!

What happens here

After the grill's initial burn-off (Phase 1), reassemble all the internal components of the Z Grills pellet smoker. Load the hopper with enough wood pellets (e.g., Competition Blend) for the cooking duration. Set the grill to 275°F. Place the marinated baby back ribs directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and let the ribs cook for approximately 1 hour. After an hour, open the lid and lightly spray the ribs with apple cider vinegar to keep them moist and aid in bark formation. Close the lid and continue cooking.

Goal: Place the marinated ribs directly on the grill grates and smoke them at 275°F for the initial cooking phase, periodically spraying them with apple cider vinegar.
