What happens here
Using a flat-head screwdriver or a specialized wiper arm removal tool, lift the small key or clip located at the base of each windshield wiper arm. Once the key is lifted, the wiper arms can be rocked and gently pulled upwards to detach them from their posts.
Goal: Detach the windshield wiper arms.
