Install Set Blocks and Place New Windshield

What happens here

Place custom-made set blocks (small rubber or plastic spacers) along the bottom edge of the urethane bead on the vehicle frame. These blocks are essential for supporting the windshield and maintaining the correct gap between the glass and the metal. Then, with the help of a second person and using glass suction cups for a firm grip, carefully lower the new windshield onto the urethane bead, ensuring it sits squarely and evenly on the set blocks.

Goal: Securely position the new windshield in the vehicle frame.
