How to Repack or Repair A Graco Airless Spray Gun. Graco airless gun repairs.

What happens here

With the internal components removed, the needle assembly is now exposed. To free it, you need to remove the pin that secures the trigger. Use the 9/32 inch socket on one side and a crescent wrench on the opposite side to loosen the nut and remove the pin. Once the pin is out, the old needle assembly can be pulled directly out of the gun. If it's stuck, use a pair of pliers to gently pull it free.

Goal: Extract the worn needle assembly from the spray gun.

And then now your needle assembly is exposed. You just got to take off the pin that goes through the trigger cuz that's what keeps the needle assembly locked in there. So I take my 930 32 wrench and my crescent wrench. I'm just going to un loosen that the bolt on the opposite side of the pan. Now that pin will come out and you're going to get a new pin assembly with the packing kit. Now this packing kit, if you pull it, your needle assembly will pop right out.
