Feed a fish pole from the newly cut hole behind the TV down into the lower wall box opening. Once the fish pole emerges from the bottom, securely tape the newly run 14/2 Romex wire to the end of the fish pole. Gently pull the fish pole back up through the top hole, guiding the Romex wire with it. Once the Romex is pulled through the top opening with sufficient slack, remove the tape and detach the fish pole.

Goal: Guide the new Romex wire to the new TV outlet location.
