Assemble Solar Panel Mounting Hardware

What happens here

The first step in the assembly is to bolt together all the mounting hardware for the solar panels. This involves assembling the frame that will hold the four solar panels onto the central support post. The cross brace is a 3-inch pipe (actually 2.875 inches outside diameter), while the vertical post is a 4.5-inch outside diameter pipe. The main post was set in approximately 1000 pounds of concrete in the ground. The U-bolts and mounting hardware are used to securely attach the horizontal cross braces to the vertical post, which will then support the solar panels. All bolts are 17mm, which simplifies the tool requirements.
