How to Go from lawn Care into other Companies

What happens here

With the capital from selling his lawn care business, Eric purchased a semi-truck and two trailers outright three years prior to the video. This allowed him to avoid debt payments and focus on growing his trucking operation, Twin City Hauling, LLC. He mainly hauls bulk materials like sand and gravel, avoiding heavier, damaging construction debris to protect his aluminum trailers. He now earns a significant hourly rate (estimated $90-$120/hour) by hauling lighter, bulk materials.

Goal: Launch and operate a profitable trucking company.

Tools and materials

  • End Dump Trailer — Hauling bulk materials
  • Frameless Round Bottom Trailer Mac — Hauling bulk materials
  • Semi-truck Twin City Hauling — Primary vehicle for trucking operations
  • Sand and Gravel — Primary materials for hauling
