Initial Scraping of Heavy Runs

What happens here

Upon closer inspection of the paint run on the column, the presenter determines it has a pretty heavy ridge. To make the sanding process easier, he uses a window scraper, also referred to as a razor knife, to carefully scrape off the largest and thickest part of the dried paint run's ridge. This removes significant material before fine-tuning with sanding.
