Cut the Back Paper

What happens here

Once the gypsum core has snapped, the drywall piece will be bent, revealing the intact paper layer on the backside. Take your utility knife and cut along the fold where the paper is still connected, effectively separating the two pieces of drywall. This completes the cutting process, resulting in two cleanly cut sections.

Goal: Completely separate the drywall pieces by cutting the remaining back paper.
