Refill the 'clean' bucket with another half-gallon of fresh mineral spirits. Repeat the flushing process: place the intake pump into the new clean mineral spirits, and alternate running the sprayer through the gun and the prime tube into the 'dirty' bucket. Continue this until the discharged spirits are completely clear. Take the intake screen (rock guard) again and swish it in the fresh clean mineral spirits one more time to ensure it is spotless.
