Clean Intake Screen and Prime Tube

What happens here

With mineral spirits now flowing relatively clear from the gun, transfer the discharge from the gun to the 'clean' bucket. Take the intake screen (sometimes called a rock guard) off the sprayer's pump and swish it around in the clean mineral spirits to remove any accumulated paint or primer. Next, switch the airless sprayer to the 'prime' setting and direct the prime tube into the 'dirty' bucket. Allow mineral spirits to flow through the prime tube to clean any residue. Hold onto the prime tube firmly, as high pressure could cause it to shoot off, creating a mess.

Goal: Ensure all components, including the intake and prime tube, are clear of paint
