How a freeze dryer works...best snacks ever!

What happens here

After opening the door, extract the trays of freeze-dried foods. Observe the appearance of each food item. Blueberries and grapes are shown, with the blueberries having 'exploded' or burst open, and grapes appearing largely unchanged. Strawberries are also inspected, with larger pieces still showing some moisture, indicating they may need more drying time or smaller cuts. Bananas are presented both whole and sliced into chips, retaining their color and crispness similar to cereal marshmallows. Raspberries are observed to be light, fluffy, and powdery.

Goal: Examine the quality and taste of the freeze-dried fruits
