Defrost and Clean the Freeze Dryer

What happens here

After removing the trays, the interior of the freeze dryer will have a layer of ice from the sublimation process. To clean the machine, press the 'DEFROST' button on the display. This will warm up the interior and melt the ice, which will then drain out through the previously used drain tube into the collection pot.

Goal: Defrost the freeze dryer for cleaning
