What happens here

Lay out the four cut 2x4 pieces on a flat surface to form a rectangle. Use a carpenter's square at each corner to ensure perfect 90-degree angles. Secure each corner with two 3.5-inch self-tapping deck screws, driving them directly through the 2x4s into the adjoining piece. The self-tapping nature of these screws makes the process easier by eliminating the need for pilot holes.

Goal: Construct the rectangular bed frame by screwing the cut 2x4 pieces together.
