First ceiling install went smooth but we've got a pretty wild application for it coming up next!! 🫣

What happens here

As you approach the final row, you will likely need to rip the last plank lengthwise to fit the remaining gap. Measure the width of the gap at several points along its length, taking into account any irregularities. Transfer these measurements to your final plank, marking a precise cut line. Use a circular saw or table saw to carefully rip the plank to the required width. This final piece may need to be face-nailed, as blind nailing through the tongue might not be possible due to its narrowness. Ensure the cut edge is clean and straight, as it will be visible or covered by trim.

Goal: Complete the planking installation with a precisely cut and secured final piece
