What happens here

The current project began as a simple landscaping task to alter ground grades for improved water runoff. However, upon finding the compromised foundation, the homeowners received conflicting advice. One recommendation was to jack up the house and replace the foundation, while another suggested a simpler patch and backfill. The latter, less invasive, approach was chosen.
