What happens here

In the final stage, the entire project area is cleaned up and given its finishing touches. The ground underneath the deck is covered with a layer of geotextile fabric to prevent weed growth, followed by a layer of gravel. Along the sides of the house and the newly created berm, additional erosion control fabric is laid down, and the area is hydroseeded to quickly establish a new lawn. Landscape edging is installed to create clean borders between different materials. The completed project features proper grading, functional drainage, and aesthetically pleasing retaining walls, ensuring water is effectively directed away from the house and into the pond, thus solving the water intrusion problem.

Goal: Complete the landscaping, ensure proper water runoff, and prevent erosion.
