Build Bench and Install Flooring

What happens here

Additional lumber is used to construct a sturdy wooden bench along one or more interior walls of the sauna. The bench framework is assembled and then faced with wood planks, similar to the wall paneling, ensuring it is securely anchored to the wall studs to support weight safely. After the bench, baseboards are installed around the bottom perimeter of the interior walls to cover the joint between the wall paneling and the floor. Finally, the flooring is installed, likely using wood planks that match or complement the wall paneling, laid out and secured to the subfloor.
