Selecting Appropriate Primer Type

So, this is what our really light coat of oilbased bonding primer. We're actually priming the house cuz it has wax bleed. We're priming it with an oil-based primer. So, we just go ahead and spray our gutters at the same time with the oilbased bonding primer. If we're not priming the exterior siding because of wax bleed, we actually just use a waterbased bonding primer. It makes the process a little bit easier and easier clean up. Here's a look at the primer sealer that we actually use on the exterior of the house for our gutters. It's a oilbased alk resin based primer for interior exterior use.
